GlobalPros.ai provides two hiring options: direct hire and full-time contract.

With the direct hire option, you negotiate employment terms with the candidate, pay their compensation directly and are responsible for all HR costs. GlobalPros.ai receives a fee equal to from 15% to 20% of the hire's annual compensation.

With a contract hire option, we provide the candidate to work for you full-time (with a minimum term of 6 months) under your management direction and terms.

You pay us one monthly amount, noted on the candidate's profile, on the first of the month. We provide for payment to the employee. The monthly amount you pay includes a markup of the hire's salary to cover the cost of sourcing, assessing and onboarding the employee to the AI TalentSync Community, as well as our administrative expense in the maintaining the candidate in the Community and during hiring process.

Whether your placement is direct or by contract, Globalpros.ai provides a two week trial period.

If you are not happy with the placement's performance during that period, Globalpros.ai will replace that placement at no cost.

You can interview talent immediately by requesting an interview. Interviewing prospects is free. The process from job input to interview is as follows:

• 1. Input your job.
• 2. View and compare your matches, attach notes to each if you'd like.
• 3. Save those you're considering to ""Favorites".
• 4. From your Favorites list select those you'd like to interview.
• 5. Once you've selected a candidate for interview, she or he will receive the request and respond.
• 6. Schedule your interview.
• 7. There's no limit to the number of candidates you can interview.

Most talent are available to join your team immediately. However, some may have a notice period, typically ranging from 1 to 4 weeks. We will inform you of this before you proceed with interviewing.

Globalpros.ai talent can be full-time direct hires for which you pay a fee equal to 15% to 20% of the hire's annual gross salary or contract placements for which you pay a fixed monthly amount but have no HR expense.

Our contracts are from 6 to 24 months in length with an average engagement of 18+ months.

Direct hire of Globalpros.ai contract talent is not permitted during the contract period or any extension thereof.

If you decide to hire a Globalpros.ai contract placement as a full-time employee during the contract period or any extension thereof or for a period of 12 month thereafter, there is a $35,000 fee associated with that direct hire and you must replace the hired talent with another Globalpro.ai contract developer.

However, you may direct hire that contract placement after their contract or any extension thereof expires. In that event, the direct hire placement fee of from 15%-20% of the hires annual gross salary will be payable.

It's important to provide the placement with constructive feedback, just as you would with an in-house team member. Additionally, communicate these challenges to your dedicated Globalpros.ai representative, ensuring they are well-informed and can assist in facilitating improvement.

If the talent's performance does not improve despite the feedback and guidance, we will promptly take steps for their replacement.

Here are some tips on the next steps for successful talent onboarding.

Before the first day:

Ensure your new hire has access to tools and communication apps such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, GitHub, etc.

First day:

Introduce your new hire to the team and add them to any relevant meetings or scrum events. Facilitate sharing team processes and assisting with setting up their development environment.

First week:

Meet for your first weekly or bi-weekly meeting to set standards for communication, delivering work on time, and measuring performance.

First 30 days+:

As your new hire learns the systems and takes on more tasks, maintain clear and open communication about how they're performing. Take note and action on any ways they can further integrate with the team or process.

Share feedback with Globalpros.ai throughout the engagement via our client feedback surveys at 7, 15, 21, and 30 days."

Yes. Each contract includes a 30-day notice termination clause. If you terminate the engagement with 30 days notice, your billing will end once the termination is effective after the 30 days.

However, if you terminate a contract prior to its expiration and hire the same developer you are subject to our no solicitation penalty of $35,000 and the requirement to replace that contract hire with another Globalpros.ai placement.

Globapors.ai contract placements are independent contractors of Globalpros.ai. They work for and are fully embedded members of your team 40 or more hours each week.
