How it works
Be sure to add your company or clients' (if you're an agency or RPO) logo and description before proceeding with Build Your Community.
The position description you create will contain a link applicants use to apply for positions. Use the position description or link (which you can access in "Position History") in ads, emails or on career pages as well as communications to past employees or prospects in your HR CRM.
Download your position description from "Actions" in the Positions History menu or copy the link from the Positions History table.
The link registers and assesses applicants automatically which display in your Build Your Community table IF they've completed their assessments. Only applicants who take assessments and achieve a match score above 6 are used in job description matches.
If you created a position description and were unable to find a match in the GlobalPros.ai Community, go to "Actions" in the first column of the position description in "Position History" and select "Find additional applicants with Build Your Community".
Essentials subscribers place links or position description themselves. Scale and Enterprise subscribers have this process seamlessly done for them.
For Essentials subscribers, after creating a position description select an option to match the description with the GlobalPros.ai Community, Build Your Community candidates or both, then answer a few questions to add important criteria to your position description.
Again this applies only to Essentials subscribers. Scale subscribers have this done for them.
Compare matched and ranked candidates, then select candidates to interview. Schedule and Interview on your platform or GlobalPros.ai.

Build Your Community is an Saas AI / Ml powered tool for the automatic creation of in-house, fully assessed tech talent pipelines.
Position descriptions can be matched with Build Your Community applicants, our GlobalPros.ai Community candidates or both.
Essential plan subscribers create their assessed Build Your Community pipeline by pasting a link in ads, emails, on career pages and social media.
The link allows applicants to register with our platform, download their resumes, corroborate their skills and experience by answering questions, then take technical and soft skill assessments.
Scale and Enterprise plan subscribers, first view matches to their job descriptions from our GlobalPros.ai Community, If they fail to find perfect fits, we build their Build Your Community pipeline for them.
Subscribers to either plan can expect from 10 to 15 fully assessed applicants with match scores from 6 to10 ready for final interviews within 24 to 36 hours.
Subscribers who have created a position description and were unable to find a match in the GlobalPros.ai Community, can go to "Actions" in the first column of the position description in "Position History" and select "Find additional applicants with Build Your Community".
